Wolfe Landau’s Watermark Capital Group filed plans final week with the Division of Buildings for a mixed-use growth at 78 Pearl Road, an empty lot sandwiched between two buildings. The developer is eyeing a 39-story property with ground-floor retail, 10 tales of workplace area and 99 residential items, in accordance with the plans.
