    Harrison Road Asset Administration (HSAM) has closed the $910-million sale of a 12-property U.S. scholar housing portfolio to associates of The Scion Group and an Ares Actual Property fund. It’s the biggest scholar housing portfolio sale accomplished in 2026, based on HSAM.
