    A landlord trio secured greater than $200 million in recent debt following the renovation of their 19-story Midtown South workplace constructing.

    PGIM, Tribeca Funding Group and Meadow Companions landed a $228.9 million mortgage to refinance 295 Fifth Avenue, in any other case referred to as the Textile Constructing, the Business Observer reported. Rialto Capital Administration and Hines issued the floating-rate, interest-only bridge debt.

    The sponsorship group final secured $150 million in debt from Deutsche Pfandbriefbank in November 2022.
