    The brokers claimed that they agreed to scale back their collective fee to 2 p.c in August. In December, the brokers agreed to scale back the whole fee once more as a part of a settlement settlement, this time to a flat cost of $1.45 million, with $1 million being paid on the property closing and the rest paid out by June 21.
