    Three tenants signed on for greater than 182,000 sq. ft of latest workplace leases at 1411 Broadway, following a $100 million makeover of the Midtown tower. 

    Republic Clothes Group, tech firm Zeta World, and South Korean vogue and wonder conglomerate Amorepacific signed the most recent offers on the 1.2 million-square-foot constructing, which is co-owned by the Swig Firm and La Caisse and managed by Hines.

    The offers capped a leasing push that introduced greater than 566,000 sq. ft of commitments to the 38-story tower over the previous 18 months, in response to a press launch. A CBRE staff together with Paul Amrich, Neil King and Emily Chabrier represented the owner within the offers.

    Within the largest deal, Republic Clothes dedicated to an 81,000-square-foot direct lease for 15 years. Amorepacific additionally signed a 10-year lease for 51,000 sq. ft and can relocate its headquarters from Shorenstein Properties’ 1407 Broadway. 

    The offers come after the owner spent roughly $100 million renovating the constructing, together with upgrades to its Broadway plaza, the façade, elevators and infrastructure. The foyer now encompasses a 70-foot terrazzo bar, blue vegan-leather banquettes and greenery. A rooftop amenity area can be within the works.

    Different latest leases embody clothes firm Jacques Moret’s 64,000-square-foot renewal and accounting agency Withum’s 57,000-square-foot renewal and enlargement. The landlords refinanced the constructing in 2020 with a $450 million mortgage from Financial institution of China.
