    Rockpoint and Urby wasted no time securing development financing for a Jersey Metropolis undertaking weeks after buying the waterfront website.

    A three way partnership between the 2 builders landed $277 million in debt from Truist for the undertaking at 201 Hudson Avenue within the metropolis’s Paulus Hook neighborhood, the Industrial Observer reported. The mortgage will assist the second section of the 201 Hudson – by Urby growth.
