A lawsuit to roll again New York’s lease freeze will transfer from Staten Island to Manhattan.
Decide Ralph Porzio of Richmond County, a Republican, handed down the choice within the case Friday.
Plaintiffs, landlords who own rent-stabilized units, had initially filed the case in Richmond County.
