    Triangle Equities is trying to money out on the residential portion of its Lighthouse Point growth on the Staten Island waterfront, after years of development delays, a contractor chapter and pandemic-era setbacks.

    The developer is eyeing $45 million for the leasehold curiosity within the 115-unit house constructing at 5 Bay Avenue within the St. George neighborhood, somewhat greater than a yr after the event opened.
