Adam Driver is choosing up a chunk of an A-list apartment constructing.

The Oscar-nominated actor bought a set of units on the Standish, a Brooklyn Heights apartment constructing at 171 Columbia Heights, in line with a number of sources. Driver’s id was shielded by a belief within the deal, which amounted to $11.5 million for 3 sixth-floor items.

The vendor was Mark Van Zandt, a managing director in asset supervisor King Road’s actual property division, and his spouse, Lindsay. The Van Zandts bought the three items from 2017 to 2025. They purchased Unit 6B, a three-bedroom condominium, for $4 million in 2017. They then added two one-bedrooms: Unit 6A for $1.2 million in 2021 and Unit 601 for $1 million final 12 months.

Mixed, the items span 3,500 sq. ft, which means the deal works out to over $3,200 per sq. foot, making it some of the costly houses bought on a per-square-foot foundation within the borough. In February, a penthouse at Two Bushes’ One Domino Sq. sold for $7 million, or $3,313 per sq. foot, setting a Brooklyn value document on a per-square-foot foundation.

The deal was first reported in our daily deal newsletter by TRD Data.

The conversion of the former Standish Hotel into high-end condos has been a star magnet since DDG and Westbrook Companions partnered on the development in 2014.

In 2017, Matt Damon set a then-record when he spent $16.8 million on the constructing’s 6,200-square-foot penthouse. Two years later, Damon was joined by A-list couple John Krasinski and Emily Blunt when the pair dropped $11 million on two items spanning a complete ground within the constructing.

Driver doesn’t seem like shifting far.

Final week, the actor’s three-bedroom apartment at 20 Henry Road in Brooklyn Heights appeared to hit the marketplace for $5 million, a supply advised TRD. The house is a mix of two items within the boutique apartment {that a} belief tied to Driver scooped up for a collective $4.2 million, in line with property data. Carl Gambino of Compass’ Gambino group has the itemizing, in line with StreetEasy. A consultant for the dealer declined to remark.

Driver’s profile has risen over the past decade after a star flip in Lena Dunham’s “Ladies” vaulted him into the function of Kylo Ren in a 2015 set up of the Star Wars franchise, “The Pressure Awakens.”

Driver has acquired two Oscar nominations, for his main function in Noah Baumbach’s 2019 film “Marriage Story,”  and for his supporting function in Spike Lee’s 2018 film “BlacKkKlansman.
